Katie Larino has been a writer for the Valkyrie since 2023, and currently serves as the editor of the school news section. She especially enjoys writing about sports, particularly focusing on her very own high school teams, as she is a player for Somerville Girls Lacrosse. Katie loves being an editor for the school news section because she gets to highlight achievements within the Somerville community and establish connections between students in different activities at the school.
